Customer service is so important!  I’d say it’s just as, if not, more important than the product, because high quality customer service is one of the best ways to earn mine and everyone else’s repeat business.

I had planned a formal unboxing video, but there’s just been too much going on lately and I need to use the gear THAT DAY.  So, instead I decided to just do it live on Periscope. SURPRISE! The interactive dynamic of opening it with people commenting in real time made for a fun dynamic, and I learned a lot in the process as well.
